What makes this traditional rather than modern?
We stick to the seven classical planets (Sun through Saturn), score every planet by its essential dignities, and use sect and whole sign houses. No Uranus, Neptune, or Pluto as primary rulers. No "your Saturn return is a growth opportunity" language. Every technique we use predates 1700 and traces to a named source.
What if I don't know my birth time?
We'll still calculate your planet positions, signs, and aspects. Houses, angles, and lots need an accurate time, so we'll skip those and tell you what's missing. The clocks stay in the $20 report. A partial reading that's honest beats a full reading that's guessing.
Do you offer counseling or spiritual guidance?
No. This is a calculation engine, not a therapist. We give you the astrological data and what the classical tradition says about it. For mental health, medical, or legal questions, please talk to an actual professional.
Is the reading really free?
Yes — the traditional reading is free and needs no account or email. It makes direct statements about who you are and how your life has gone, with no future predictions. The $20 source-cited Complete Analysis opens the books (chapter, page, disagreements, typeset PDF) and the clocks (profection, Firdaria, Zodiacal Releasing, the present chapter).
How quickly will I get my report?
After you submit birth details, the site starts generating your reading in your browser. Most readings are available after a few minutes. Keep the tab open while it finishes.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your birth data is used to generate the chart and support diagnostics. Full details are on the privacy page.
How many reports can I generate?
As many as you want. There is no visitor cap on the free reading.
Where did the Daily Navigator go?
The Daily Navigator is retired. Profection, Firdaria, Zodiacal Releasing, and the present chapter are the clocks in the optional $20 Complete Analysis — not a separate free daily product.
Do you run an Etsy shop or sell readings as a service?

What is annual profections?
A timing technique from Hellenistic astrology. Your Ascendant starts in the 1st house at birth and advances one house every birthday. Whichever house is active that year — its ruling planet becomes your Lord of the Year, the planet calling the shots for those 12 months. The cycle repeats every 12 years. Try the free calculator.
Why whole sign houses instead of Placidus?
In whole sign houses, each sign = one house. Your Ascendant's sign is the entire 1st house, the next sign is the 2nd, and so on. Placidus divides the sky by time, which creates unequal houses that get weird at high latitudes. Whole sign is what the Hellenistic astrologers used, it's what most traditional practitioners use today, and it keeps the house-rulership logic clean.
