We collect birth date, time, and location to generate astrological calculations. We do not require or store your real name or personal identity unless you provide it during account registration or when requesting a report.
If you purchase a report, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your payment card details and billing email. We receive only the email address and the last four digits of your card — we never see or store your full card number.
Your birth data is used solely to compute astrological calculations and generate your report. We do not sell your data, share it with third-party advertisers, or use it to build marketing profiles.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors find the site — which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and what search queries lead here. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Consent: When you first visit this site, a banner at the bottom of the page asks whether you accept or decline analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage under the key ta_consent and lasts until you clear your browser storage.
We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with analytics and advertising storage defaulted to denied before you make a choice. The Google tag may load immediately so Consent Mode can enforce that default, but analytics cookies are not enabled unless you accept. If you decline, analytics remains denied and GA4 operates without analytics cookies; Google may receive limited consent-mode technical pings rather than ordinary analytics cookie data.
You can change your preference at any time using the visible Cookie preferences control shown on site pages after you make a choice.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking scripts beyond Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
If you purchase a report, we email your PDF to the address Stripe collected at checkout. We do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of that purchase. If you create an account, we may send transactional emails (password reset, subscription notifications). You can unsubscribe from non-transactional email by replying with "UNSUBSCRIBE".
Report generation tasks and computed chart data are stored in our database to allow re-delivery if needed. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@traditional-astrology.com.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to withdraw consent for analytics at any time (see Section 3). To exercise these rights, contact support@traditional-astrology.com.
