Individual readings (Full Reading at $25 and Complete Analysis at $69) are digital products generated after payment and delivered in the browser return flow, with email recommended for receipts and support. Because the reading is generated for the birth data you entered, completed purchases are generally final.
14-day technical remedy window: If your reading has a genuine technical or delivery/access problem (for example, incorrect planetary positions despite correct input, wrong chart data, missing paid sections, a corrupted PDF/browser export, or a failed return page after Stripe checkout), contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@traditional-astrology.com with your order details. We will regenerate the report, restore access, or issue a full refund for eligible technical failures.
The free chart preview (available to all visitors, no account required) has no associated charge and therefore no refund applies.
Email support@traditional-astrology.com with your checkout email, order ID if available, birth data used for the report, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first. We resolve most disputes faster than the chargeback process and can issue refunds directly.
