Email support@traditional-astrology.com. Expected response time is within 1 business day for billing, delivery, and privacy requests.

Refund Requests

Paid digital reports are generally final once generated, but technical or delivery/access failures are covered for 14 days. Email your Stripe receipt email, order/session ID if available, the birth data used, and a brief description of the issue. We will regenerate the report, restore access, or issue a full refund for eligible technical failures.

Billing & Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe. Traditional Astrology never sees or stores your full card number. If you have a failed checkout, duplicate charge concern, or missing receipt, include the Stripe receipt email and approximate checkout time in your message.

Privacy & Deletion Requests

For access, correction, account deletion, or birth-data deletion requests, email support with the email address used at checkout or account registration. We may ask for enough information to verify the request before deleting or returning data.
