It tests one proposed date, time, and place against strictures already in this engine: void of course Moon (Bonatti Consideration 5; Lilly, Christian Astrology p. 112), Via Combusta (Lilly p. 115), early and late Ascendant (Bonatti #6 and #7/#30), malefic on the Ascendant in Kairos, and malefic on the 7th as BonattiEngine states it. Q: Do I need an exact time?

A clock time is required for Ascendant-degree strictures, angular malefics, sect, and planetary hour. Without a time, the tool still reports Moon sign and void of course when the civil day is enough for those layers to agree, and it refuses rising-degree strictures instead of guessing from noon.

Bonatti and Lilly, not a merged list

Kairos (this engine's electional path) voids the Moon if she perfects no applying Ptolemaic aspect before leaving her sign (Bonatti Consideration 5; Lilly's out-of-sign rule). A separate BonattiEngine helper also computes a Hellenistic 30-degree kinematic void, and Lilly mitigates a void Moon in Taurus, Cancer, Sagittarius, or Pisces (CA p. 112). Kairos does not apply that alleviation when it marks VOC as a critical weakness. Both positions are printed.

Via Combusta is 15° Libra to 15° Scorpio (Lilly CA p. 115). Kairos treats Moon there as a critical weakness. The horary helper in this repo exempts Moon conjunct Spica inside that band; Kairos does not. That fork is shown, not averaged.

Early Ascendant (0°–3°) is Bonatti Consideration 6: too early to judge — a Kairos warning, not a viability kill. Late Ascendant (27°–30°) is Bonatti #7/#30: the matter is past; Kairos will not begin. The horary helper uses strictly greater than 27°, so 27°00' exactly is a disagreement.

Malefic on the ASC: Kairos weights Mars and Saturn in the 1st or 10th whole-sign house by sect (Mars worse by day, Saturn by night). Malefic on the 7th: BonattiEngine flags Saturn or Mars in the 7th as a consideration about the judge. Kairos does not treat that 7th-house branch as an electional viability kill. The two are not silently merged.

Planetary hour is reported when time and place exist (Lilly's sunrise-convention hours, already computed in this engine). Lilly's horary test that the hour ruler must support the Ascendant ruler is not applied here as an electional prohibition. Dorotheus, Carmen Astrologicum Book V (elections) is not implemented in Kairos; it is listed as unimplemented rather than faked.
