How does the bulk PDF generator work?
Upload a CSV with your clients' names, birth dates, birth times, and birth cities. AstroForge calculates a full traditional natal chart for each row and generates a professional PDF. Download all PDFs as a single ZIP — ready to attach to your Etsy order messages.
What format does the CSV file need to be in?
Four columns: client name, birth date (YYYY-MM-DD), birth time (HH:MM in 24-hour format), and birth city. Download the ready-made template from your dashboard — it includes example rows and validation hints.
What if a client doesn't know their exact birth time?
You can enter 12:00 as a placeholder. The report will note the unknown birth time and omit techniques that require an accurate time (houses, lots, profections). The planetary positions and dignity analysis will still be complete.
How many PDFs can I generate at once?
The Practitioner plan supports batch runs of up to 500 clients per CSV upload. You can run multiple batches per month — no per-report fees on the Practitioner plan.
